Can parasites lodge themselves in the back?

I asked this question in the parasite forum, but thought someone here might know. Since I've been cleansing, I have back pain and spasms. I am no stranger to back pain, but this back pain moves around throughout the day, feels like a combo of burning, pins and needles and sometimes vibrating. My back also feels very tight all over. I have other die-off symptoms like depression, anxiety, fatigue, etc., but just wanted to make sure that his back pain is typical of die-off. I am taking a supp for die-off that has bentonite clay, charcoal and another ingredient in it that starts with a G (Gluco something I think). Sorry, can't remember. I think if I wasn't taking this, my die-off would be worse. I am drinking a lot of water and have at least 3 bowel movements a day, so I am not holding back debris, I don't think. Thoughts? Thanks.
