As requested - my liver flush results!

Hi Guys!

I know that this is not the Liver Flush Forum , however, a couple of you have asked me to put my third Liver Flush results here, so here they are.


I have copied and pasted this from the Liver Flush Forum . I did have two lots of Epsom Salts before the 10pm oil. So, here it is!


Well, 10pm rolled around and I downed my oil and lemon and some ornithine. I am one of those people who think that the oil and lemon is the yummy part!! Mmmmmmmmmmmmm Mmm!!

I was a little concerned, because I had had only the one bowel motion all day and I was feeling backed up to say the least! Great timing!

However, I went straight to sleep and slept through 'till around 7am. Third lot of Epsom Salts and still no BM. I was beginning to fret a little. When I was fasting I was on the loo within 10mins of the first lot of Epsom Salts .

Went back to sleep and woke at 9am and took my fourth and last lot of epsom salts.

Still no BM until around 10.30 when I felt the urge. Got to the loo and the pressure in my lower abdomen was so painful. I felt like I had so much stuff pushing down. So, I took both my hands and sort of lifted into my lower abdomen to release the pressure - the pain went away and the flood gates broke. Half a collanda FULL of crap!!!

I then realised why people wonder about what is and isn't a stone. When I did the flushes while fasting, the only thing that came out were clean, shiney stones - NOTHING else. When you've been eating there is all sorts of STUFF~!!!

I was glad that I knew what I was looking for.

I got about 20-30 pea-sized stones - light green, dark green and brown in the morning and a fair amount of chaff, in reds, browns and greens. I spent alot more time on the loo than on the previous two occasions. Any doubts about whether I had been well hydrated enough vanished as I literally peed out of my bottom for hours!! LOL!

In the afternoon I got my biggest stones.Three 3x2cm very dark greens and some more pea-sized stones and chaff and that appears to be my lot.
