Wormwood ? If you feel like you need to stop using it you had better. There are other things you can take or eat or do. There are lots of things that we need breaks from.
I hope you don't give up fruits in your diet, but it's not necessary. However I went on a fruitless diet once for 2 months... I ate avacodos and tomatoes - fruits with low sugar. Maybe cut back on fruits for a short time.
Dietary changes that should be made for good health are no sodas, no refined
Sugar or chemicals, homemade jucices, whole grains only (no white flour) Little red meat - about once or twice a week, fish 2 x week, 5 - 7 veggies a day, mostly raw. Beans, brown rice, nuts and seeds. Homemade kefir is good for lots of things. Cut back or better yet eliminate coffee. Fried foods are not good. I'm probably forgetting something.
Your going to get conflicting opinions so do what feels right to you, but most experts agree with what I've sugested.
