The body should be brushed DRY
with a dry brush. It would be
difficult to determine if your
brush is suitable to use for
skin brushing. If it is moldy,
it would be suitable for trash.
If not, you can wash it in a
mild soap and allow to air dry.

I posted this morning, a recommendation
for a really good skin brush. It is
made by tampico and is perfect for a
lymph massage...if you need a new one~~ :)
