SSKI and Magnascent iodine - OK together?

I'm still not clear - Can Magnascent Iodine be mixed with SSKI - together in water and taken on an empty stomach? That's the way I've been taking them now that I have both (thank you trapper/kcmo for making the two affordable!).

Does this mean that you shouldn't premix in water and store it for later use in the day? - for example, bringing some pre-mixed Magnescent + SSKI + water into work in a glass jar for consumption during the day? - or should it always be consumed immediately?
