yeah, the pharma antifungals are..depressingly toxic.
especially the amphitericin B.
been intent on pushing on with the herbal antifungals..
will be needing to get some straight info from the docs
about the filaments i'm finding in EVERY DROP of blood
that i put on a slide. that can't be good. have got
to get them hammered down..feels like a ticking time bomb.
..what happens if every drop of blood that has a candida filament...and they all decide to go "rhizoid" and burrow out at the
same time?...Oy.!

as for candida diet..there seems to be a bewildering
number of opinions on "the right diet"..
I only began to catch up to the idea i might be getting
whacked by candida a month or two back. [first antifungal
herbals 15 aug 09]. Been changing my diet significantly
since last December..but for anticancer/anti heart disease
reasons. feels like i'm sitting in the crosshairs of those two..[overweight/high triglycerides/high LDL/low HDL..]
..have not used white Sugar for a year. threw out five lbs of white Sugar last week that has been untouched for
nearly a year. Xylitol rocks...doesn't feed tooth decay bacteria..lower calories/glycemic index AND said to be toxic to candida? works for me.

eating lots of veggies..beans..rice..
[rice and beans back on the menu within the last month after nuking horrific overgrowth of candida a month ago.
...april/may/june..eating rice/starches was no longer an option..[venting fermentation gasses
like a broken gas line..no more though]

..keeping a sharp ..[cloudy..] eye on the critters
in the tissue samples..looking for signs of progress..
