glucose/insulin?

in all of my blood tests my glucose is normal ( random, 12 hour, 2hr pc)

but my insulin came 30 points too high..............like the cut off range was 20 and mine was 56

so what can i do to reduce my insulin but notttttttt my glucose?????? Tweet
