Re: Oxypowder - jhan/sky comments?

A Bowel Cleanse sure is a good way to get back on track. Great to hear that your energy level is better, at times candida can be so tiring.

Oxypowder is a great cleanse, with candida however, because the rhizomes drill into the intestinal walls (to reach the bloodtream) a cleanse like Oxypowder has its limits. If you wish to get rid of the candida hanging on the intestinal wall, you will need another type of bowel cleanse. Fiber does it, it adheres to the candida threads and its weight eventually will make it fall off. The most common fiber cleanse are psyllium and linseed (also called flaxseed). You will find the two protocoles on my blog: //www.curezone.org/blogs/f.asp?f=308

Look for
1- P & B shakes
2- Bowel Cleanse (an alternative to the P & B shakes: linseed)

I personally have used the P & B shakes only but the linseed protocole is apparently real good as well.

However go one step at at time. As long as you FEEL BETTER doing the Oxypowder it is a sign iot is highly beneficial. And you should keep at it. You might want to switch to another cleanse (and come back to the P & B shakes later). Just listen to your body and answer its specific needs.
