Have you tried nebulizing with colloidal silver and lobelia (and perhaps a drop or so of iodine and even a drop of so of mullein)?  5cc of colloidal silver and 1 cc of lobelia extract - and try combining it with the Chinese Herbal formula ClearLungs Ultra. The kit and supplies are pretty portable too. You can't go round wearing it, but it is very compact and easy to carry with you to use as needed.

BTW, there is also a product which is aptly named OxyGen, and each capsule contains the equivalent of 12 drops of 35% food grade H202.  I cannot say what it might do for you, but it makes a noticeable boost in energy when I take it.
