Lots of great information in that post Uny but the thing that stuck out for me was the ABSOLUTE TRUTH of the issue of side effects of drugs, even over the counter drugs.

I think its a huge misconception for a lot of people.  They assume that because they don't have "that" side effect listed then it must not be bad for them to take.  Like you said, nothing could be further from the truth.
