Is psoriasis fungal like seborrheic dermatitis?

Hi, I just bought the book Healing Psoriasis by Pagano. There isn't a natural healing book on Seborrheic Dermatitis . Seborrheic Dermatitis is fungal in origin, is psoriasis? This book has seemed to help people with psoriasis. It is about cleansing, diet, etc. I will try it, but I am not sure it will help with seb. d. if Psoriasis is not fungal. What do you think?
