Second if you have diabetes then these symptoms are not unusual. Diabetes can cause gastric paresis. This weakness is when the stomach, after macerating and partially digesting the food you ate, cannot push the food into the small intestine. So the food stays in your stomach causing great discomfort, pain and gas. This can cause shortness of breath, pain close to the heart and other problems.
You can make your diabetes go dormant (I am not sure that we can cure diabetes) but the gastric paresis will still be with you. It is a weakness (cause by diabetes, in my case) in the sphincter muscle at the exit of the stomach.
If you don’t have diabetes there are some answers in the other posts before mine.
