Birth mark on baby

My baby son is 11 mnths old, he has 3 very light birthmarks on his tummy, forehead, and hand. The colour is just a bit darker than his skin. I suppose it will get darker with time? Shoudl I worry? Is there anything that I need to do about this now while he is still small?
