That's the only thing I have been eating for the last 7 months. instead of fruits i now drink 1 ltr juice(apples and oranges)
My goal is to get on some weight and then do a 6 weeks juice fast. only problem is for the last three months i am stuck at 53,5 kilo. (i am 169cm)
What i do is take 20 tablespoons of first pressed olive oil through out the day. I drink the juice when ever i feel thirsty and eat 100grams of almonds also through out the day.
I don't want to use bread and other mucus forming foods in my diet. but this way i am not gaining any weight.
I have been on fitness for 6 months and since 3 weeks i am playing football(soccer) once a week training and every Sunday a match.
I was hoping if you can guide me or have anything that i can add to my diet to gain weight fast.
