Pain when yawning then swallowing on Right side of throat

I have had a minor sore throat for months now. went to an ENT and he seen notthing gave me some antibioics but it did nothing.

it gets better some days and worse others.

it hurst mostly when i yawn then swallow, or sneeze then swallow. i can almost feel like a little blister on the back of my throat.

my tonsil looks swollen to me, but my doc says they look normal. i have sore throats often, while my tonsils are unusually large.
