I have been taking more cod liver oil to balance my fat's. My peeling does seem a bit thinner, like I don't notice when the skin is hard to come off.

On the whole though I just keep my lips moisrurized and not obsess too much.

I am going to Cyprus for a week so it will be intersting to see what it's like in a hot dry climate and I haven't been away for 2 years. Tweet
