Herbs in the Freezer and Codex

RG, I think i remember reading somewhere we could store herbs in the fridge-can we also store in freezer and how long? There are 8 months to go before my son can use your product as he is only 16mths and 1 1/2 year to go for my daughter who is 6mths. My concern is the Codex passing-do you think we might at least have another year before it does??
