If you're not getting die-off at 3 drops you can slowly increase it up to 10 drops, 3x a day, you don't want to do more than that though... though some people may be able to tolerate more.

I'm very sensitive to things I take, you may not be as sensitive as me.

I take 10drops twice a day along with Grapefruit Seed Extract for the best die off. THe oregano kills the active form of lyme & bartonella, and the grapefruit seed extract kills the cystic form of lyme.
