Well Di that's all very well for the initiated but it's the same in almost all other forums, until there are FAQs much is lost due to daily input which increases the chance of important information such as the "protocol" either becoming "lost" or "fragmented", which leads to misunderstandings of the what the "whole picture" represents.

So I thought it just might be a good idea to have a message from ML to lay out how he (after so much trial and error) concluded his findings in the physical side of it, and in addition explain the "spirituality" in which it's necessary
It could be then uploaded when one gets new arrivals on this forum, everything will be "etched in stone" so to speak, better still ML says:-

((( I have considered this problem and am considering the idea of needing a website with it's own forums, where one would be mostly devoted to Physical Healing and another forum devoted to Spiritual Healing!)))

What a great idea! ML as Webmaster to be able use his own initiatives on how he should set his own stool out without the negativity that invades, constant, sometimes mindless questions.

Yes ML, I, like many others can carry on with the spiritual/physical healing that one requires in total peace, two forums working together in unison with options open for additional forums to compliment the Website.
