because this is living water it's actually much better for you than say tap water or distilled water.
the main problem is when people eat junk food or lots of meats, grains etc. These foods seem to be a bit problematic when ingesting UT in large doses. I find the UT is best when fasting. Tastes so close to water you would be surprised. And I think the most I have had in one day would be 15-20 cups (250 ml cups). The biggest problem with the large doses is you generally have a big detox reaction so whatever crap is in your body will come out, quite often through the skin. The other thing is that you don't really feel sleepy if your diet is good. You may find it hard to sleep regular hours.
