Sorry to hear you were getting that nauseated. When the naturopath said it was due to toxins, did he mean that too many toxins were being stirred up, or did he mean that the lemonade was producing the toxins? If the ladder is the accurate one, this makes me a little concerned. My skin is usually a little on the dry side due to the Chicago winter weather (which has been especially cold lately), but since I've started the MC, the skin on my hands and forearms is getting badly chapped (while still using an olive and aloe moisturizer). I'm wondering if this could be due to the acidity of the lemons (or associated toxins??), or not drinking enough water in between cups of lemonade. I usually drink a quart to a half gallon of water in addition per day.
