"I was on 50mg of iodoral/lugols for months. It did not cure my hypothyroidism. I became boron deficient, Iodine drives this out the body. I just don't like all the, if you take this i.e iodine, you have to take this and that. It is such a balancing act which you don't always get right. I'd rather take it in a more natural way, seaweed, kelp etc."

Just be aware of the fact that kelp is commonly contaminated with arsenic. If you find any "clean" and uncontaminated source of sea veggies, let me know. I love to munch on dried seaweed...
