supplement that lowers blood pressure

in my search for an alternative way to lower blood pressure. my friend introduced me to a supplement that lowers blood pressure. all medications for high blood pressure are with side effects that includes, hypotension, dizziness, nausea, and can affect the liver and kidney function. i dont want those side effects, my blood pressure will be lowered but my kidney and liver will be affected. by taking the product called Optimum Omega by Pharmanex, those side effects are not experienced plus my blood pressure is lowered. clinical studies have proven this product that is why it is safe to take.
