Stage 3D adrenal fatigue & swine flu

Should someone with stage 3d Adrenal Fatigue get the swine flu shot and the regular flu shot? could getting the vaccines harm me or will it protect me in the long run?
I had my first ever flu shot last year and did not get the flu that winter but am concerned as my condition has deteriorated further this year and I want to know what is the safest course of action. Don't have good knowledgeable doctor with regard to adrenal fatigue in my area to ask. Tweet
