Hi gang! Well I think this way of fasting seems to be settling in. Yes I have my bouts with junk food withdraw, and yes I get weak, and yes I hate what emotional stuff comes up, that once was pushed down by food that was not good for my well being. However the trade off is I feel alive! clear! focused! happy!
I shall leave you all with this, "We must forgive our bodies as much as they forgive us. Our bodies are amazing at forgiving, they are our best supporters, always striving to right the wrongs we pepetrate on them.
