I just saw your post from two days ago. I would have replied if I had seen it.

I salt flush most mornings. I add psyllum to my lemonade, normally 3-5 times per day. Litres and litres of water in between. I get quite sick every time I use the betonite and have decided that the cleansing it promotes is a bit fast for me to comfortably handle and stay on the fast at the same time.

Funny. It always fear that stops me. In this case fear of two things. The discomfort that the betonite brings and the not knowing how bad things could get or how long it could make me feel that way for. D'oh!

My Liver Flush I did on day ten and got tonnes of stones and stuff. If you click on my name at the top you get the option of reading all my posts - not that I am suggesting you do that - but the one that has the heading "my first flush" or something and if you are interested, a longer version of that under the heading of whether you can use canola oil instead of olive. The answer is no. Canola oil is seriously bad sh**. Check responses to that post to get the low down on canola oil.

I did a second flush last weekend.

You are not supposed to do this on a fast. It is tough on the system.

I was feeling so toxic, in a way that had been alleviated be the first flush - so I did it again. Load after load of brown sludge and lots of litte brown stones inside it all. Yuck!!
