--No Protein at Nite--Why
Hi Ya'll,
Most Proteins should be avoided at nite before Bedtime !
For it may Cause Sinus problems and Infection problems and Aches and Pains and
"ALL" kinds of Sufferings, when the body is not able to properly Digest it !
When there is Improper Digestion of the Proteins, this then may Cause the
Lymphatic Fluids to become too Acidic and or Cause the Blood to "NOT" be able to
carry enough Oxygen, because the Proteins may Release Nitrogen and Nitrogen may
Displace the "Oxygen" in the Blood !
Nitrogen in the Isotope form of Ammonia will Displace Oxygen in the blood and
"KILL" a person !
If "WE" do not believe this then see how long "WE" can Breath Ammonia, if
"WE" are that Crazy to try it, for this is very Dangerous and "NO" one with any
Brains should try it, for it will Displace the Oxygen in our body !
How long can "WE" Live without Oxygen ?
Proteins should be eaten in the middle of the working day, so that the body may
be able to Digest them properly !
Proteins are needed by the body, but they "MUST" have enough Alkaline Minerals
to go along with them, in order for the body to be able to utilize them properly
!
It may be the eating of Proteins, which do not have enough Alkaline Minerals
bound with them, which may Cause the person so many problems of Sickness and
Disease !
And this problem is "Greatly" increased when a person chooses to eat these
before Bedtime !
