Hi jewelc,

Your question: I am new to this forum so forgive me ahead of time if I make a mistake about posting. I wanted to ask moreless about my health problem. 2 years ago I got a flu shot which turned into a staph infection. The doctor gave me clindimycin for 1 month, and this antibiotic gave me c-difficile infection for 8 months. For the c-diff they gave me a stronger antibiotic, vancomycin for 4 months which got rid of the c-diff finally, but has left me with candida and digestion problems. Before the flu shot I thought I was healthy but the positive side to all this is I have realized I was headed for trouble sooner or later due to my bad eating habits.

I have tried everything to rid myself of candida, but after reading this forum I realized I have been going about it all wrong. I have been on your protocol for about 10 days now and for the first time in a year my white tongue is getting slowly better and I have more energy. Thank You. I do have a few problems I cannot resolve. I have read many posts about muscle spasms, but I can't seem to get my mineral ratios balanced. I am having what I call muscle twitches in my calves and feet all day long. I have noticed when the muscle twitches come I am more acidic, so much so that my interstitial cystitis has flared up, but I can't seem to figure out what causes this. I am eating all good quality fruits and vegetables, I purchased a refractometer,
I am taking the alkalizing drink 3X per day, alkalizing baths with hydrogen peroxide and epsom salt,add a pinch of epsom salt to all my drinking water, along with my kelp. The kelp I purchased at our local health store,from a generic bin but the owner said it was top quality kelp much better than the Now brand . The only other thing that seems odd to me when I make the alkalizing drink, I first pour the lemon juice and then I add the lime water until it starts to turn golden yellow before I add the other ingredients. The amount of lime water I have to add to the lemon is about 1/4 cup before it starts turning and this seems like much more than the 1-6 Tbsp. recommended here. Do you have any recommendations? When my ph is off I also have dry eye , dry mouth, cannot sweat, even with my alkalizing baths, and brain fog. Any advice would be much appreciated. Also, thank you for your spiritual input.

Answer: When we take antibiotics, these Kill off our Good Digestive Flora, which we must have for proper digestion.

You may consider taking some high count acidophilus & bifidus(Probiotics) before each meal. Starting out first thing in the morn with a clean glass of water 1st to flush the Excess Acids out of your stomach and then take the probiotics with some skim milk. Then the rest of the day just take the probiotics before the meal.

It takes time to bring the Complete Lymphatic system fluids to have enough Alkaline Mineral reserves to prevent areas of concentrate Excess Acids in some muscles, which may cause these muscle problems from completely going away.

Doing these soak baths every day until your Alkaline Mineral reserves are built up enough can go a long way in Stopping the present problems.

Applying some Pure Peppermint oil and maybe some coconut oil on these muscles may help in the short run.

If the drink taste chaulky, then you may have too much lime water added?

Just add enough Lime water to take the Acid taste away, but not enough to make it taste too chaulky!

Your problem with dry eye , dry mouth, cannot sweat would seem to indicate too much Table Salt(Sodium Chloride) has been used in your foods over the years because of Poor quality foods being eaten.

This would indicate your Sodium ratios are too High in ratio to your present Potassium!

The BSM is High in Natural Potassium, so it should help, but if this is the problem and you reduce your excess Sodium enough, later on you may need to use some of the Ascophylum Kelp.

Find some Laminara Digatata Kelp to use instead of the Ascophylum Kelp and see if this helps, plus Stop eating Sodium Chloride Salt, use the kelp instead!

Another thing to keep in mind is if you get cold easily in cold weather, then you may be running short of Natural Sodium in ratio to Potassium!, the Kelp shall help solve either of these problems!

I do not consider Table Salt as a Natural Source of Sodium even tho it has Sodium in it!
