Brilliant post, Chris!  It tracks very closely with another great post by WIEL, which futher explains the seven stages recognized by hygienic doctors:

As you see from my reply to that post, I speculated that at some point there is an eigth stage, or at least another element during the process, whereby pleomorphism results in a viral element that enables the cancer to infect other nearby cells as well as spread to other parts of the body.
