Without the Sun there would be no life on Earth.

For those who are unable to receive the benefits of regular sunbathing, the Vitamin D referred to in the article would be chemically identical to that produced by the skin from sunlight and converted via the kidneys from Cholecalciferol, into Calcitriol.
There are of course numerous other benefits in the action of sunlight on the body, and in particular on the central nervous system.


However, I would like you to ponder on this for awhile...........

The overall evidence from the posts I have witnessed within the forums here at Curezone, really point to one thing, and one thing only.................that we as human beings depend totally on those items and substances that are required for physiological and biological health as found in Nature.
Not only are these furnished by our maker, but all life depends on them for the prevention/cure of disease and the recovery from ill-health and its maintenance also.

Namely: Fresh clean air; clean water with which to drink and bathe; wholesome unadulterated food; full-body exposure to sunlight in moderate and judicious degrees; ample rest (Physical and Physiological...fasting) and sleep; warmth; emotional poise and freedom from stress; and exercise.
If we use these elements in proportion to the needs of our biological organisms, then disease would not occur, and where we would be "at-ease" with our natural surroundings and not "dis-eased". This would enable us to live a fulfilling and rewarding life, with the surplus energy and health required to do so..........................these are principles as laid down by the early Hygienists, and which are as true and as efficacious today as they were when first implemented over 150 years ago.
