Have you tried the bath soaks recommended on this forum? I believe that and vegetable soup would benefit you greatly, in addition to what you are doing. I highly recommend those things if you do not want to try the ML drink.

The soup give you nutrients that are readily absorbed. Of course this would also require you to find the best quality produce you can get your hands on. We use a refractometer to measure quality. If high quality(Brix) vegetables are not available you must soak them in water with H2O2 added to help neutralize the NPN within the poorer quality produce.

To be honest... the soup taste fantastic. I put corn, celery, kale, carrots, and whatever I can get my hands on that looks of good quality. I chopped them up, soak them for a few hours in water and hydrogen peroxide, then I dump out the soak water and boil it with low heat. Delicious and nutritious, I kid you not.

I suggest doing a search for info on here and read over the ML protocol guidelines and apply the methods. If not the drink, at least try the bath soaks.
