Definitely bile, if it is colorful. Could be... bile mixed with poop, or bile with mucous... Weird science, huh? When you cleanse, particularly living flushing, you see some amazing things in the potty. I have done a dissection or two, with my trusty blue plastic picnic fork...

I suspect you would have better luck doing a good old standard liver flush.
