Hi, I have a dx of systemic lupus erythematous and have been doing UT since March and have beacame much healthier with the help of UT, exercise and diet. I am considering using Iodine Supplemtation because I feel that my underactive thyroid is the real problem. Can one do Iodine Supplementation while continuing with UT.
