--answer--Honey Question

Hi dfams1,

Your question: Hi Moreless,

Out of the many honeys I've tried they have pretty much all caused my heartrate and/or blood pressure to rise, some causing more actual adverse side effects than others. One kind, of course, causes quite a bit less of a problem than others, but still seems to from what I can tell.

Would I be better off not drinking the buttermilk and honey at all in this case, or is it that important for healing adrenals and digestion problems?

Please let me know what you think. Thanks.

Answer: The Honey which Least bothers you would be the best for you to use.

If you get Better results using Vegetable Broths than the Honey and Buttermilk, then use the Broths instead!

Cause and Effect!

Smile Tis your choice.
