Here was a suggestion by WIEL for my forum,

To have to deal with the inconveniences of having a forum is part of the deal I guess. And whatever you do, your the boss. That is maybe one of the hardest thing for some to realize. We don't know what are the “gentleman” agreement between you and curezone.
And we understand that time is the one thing that we don't have in abundance. So you have to have to maximize your usage of it.
I have a few suggestions that is somewhat related. It seems to me that top part of the curezone page identifying the forum allows for some links. I identified three of them.
1- The logo of the forum
2- The description page accessed via the description link and
3- A few links that can be places between the description link and the rules links.
Here are my suggestions:
For the description page, I don't know how much text and links you can put in it and it appears that a description page has the room for two links. You could put there why you have the forum and what people can expect from you and what you expect from people (ex this is support forum ...).
With the forum page logo, the 2 links in the description page, and the few extra links before rules, you could mange them to link to introductory materials.
The logo could link to the top of your pH balance series. The other links to: where a newbie can start, the testimonials, to your 10 Simple Steps to Healing post, and any one of the
BSA post.
I bet it would be good to have a testimonials link just beside the description link.
With the above, maybe basic repetitive questions maybe eliminated.
