Portal Hypertension, Is there a treatment for it? Would liver flush help?

Hello everyone. I've had portal hypertension since I was a baby (I'm 20 now), it was not caused by cirrhosis of the liver. I was born at 24 weeks 1lb. 11 oz. and some of the drugs they gave me to save my life in the NICU caused the portal vein to my liver to have almost complete blockage. Can a Liver Flush help relieve the pressure on my portal vein? Has any herb or other natural therapy been successful in helping with portal hypertension or clearing blocked veins? Anyway if anyone has any information what so ever I would really appreciate it. Especially since this one health problem, has caused me other health problems, and I've been fighting it all my life.
