You could find a bowen technique practitioner near to where you live

or ask your body what it is trying to tell you and listen for the answers they may be gentle and you may discover a new way of listening x

Just from reading your post and from personal experience , doing alot all at once maybe a clue to the pain etc

Do you believe that less is more at the moment?
