Top lip in the centre at the bottom is where the skin grows thickest and is most noticeable. Bottom lip rarely peels much at all. Top lip is also more affected by Fordyce's Spots. Most people who attribute this condition to biting are worst affected on the bottom lip in general by the looks of things. I never bit my lips...
