I'm not in favor of popping pills myself. Why?

Apart from the potential side effects you can reduce your blood pressure through diet and exercise without resorting to medications.

Of course for this to work it means you have to do something, Change your lifestyle - which seems almost impossiblefor some people - which is probably why medications are so popular.

It may seem hard at first but once you make a start on healthy diets and exercises it becon=mes second nature and you'll be so glad you did because not only will you have lower blood pressure but you'll feel generally healthier and happier all around.
