Just wanted to congratulate you and also give a big thumbs up to naturally harvested salt (used in moderation of course).

Not only is natural salt full of essential minerals lacking in refined table salt but it also tastes much better and is why all good chefs prefer it to factory salt.

The salt I use is Sel de Guerande harvested on the shores of Brittany. Highly recommended for taste and good health.
