The supps are JUST ONE thing for now!!!
In general, aggressive and repeated saunas, cleanses, or things like chelation are NOT recommended here. Check the reasons and evidence for yourself.
Also, search for posts regarding amalgams and dental work if that is an issue for you. My user name + amalgam will def give you something to consider.
