please help

Anyone know anything about curing neck,side of neck, shoulder blade and upper arm pain. Not sure what i did but have been in a lot of pain. Trying to rid of naturally......It seems like it may be a pinched nerve because if i move my arm in certain positions...it tingles all the way to my thumb. This is on my left side and has been bothering me for about 3 months.....taking a good multi-vitamin, 6 fish oil pills,2 B-complex, Vit-C, Cal-Mag...

The pain in driving me insane and losing lots of sleep and starting to take its toll on me. Going to make an appointment with a Chiropractor soon but with no health insurance....it is kinda difficult. Any advise, suggestions or anything that may help me to be on my way of curing this.... Tweet
