So, did the inositol hexanicotinate speed up my phase 2 or phase 1? I've read that inositol and choline are used in both phases.

Does the inositol hexanicotinate not get recognized as niacin at all?

Are B1 and B2 the only other options to speed up phase 1 besides niacin?
