Thus a Completely Complexed Carbohydrate contains not only Sugars, but Minerals, proteins, fats, oils, etc!

But, anyone with two bits of Common Sense should also know that a Complexed Carbohydrate as found in a Complete food has Carbohydrates interlaced with Proteins, fats, oils, Fibers etc!

I am surprised that Grz with all that education in biology and degrees has not explained to Moreless that it is complex carbohydrates, not complexed.  And that the difference between simple and complex carbohydrates has nothing to do with minerals or proteins, which do not make up carbohydrates. The difference is the length of the sugar chain.

And maybe if Grz decides to explain this simple fact to ML he can also explain the definition of brix to ML while he is at it.
