--Complete Complexed Carbohydrates contain Proteins--
Hi Ya'll,
How can a Carbohydrate contain Proteins?
Why anyone with two bits of Common Sense knows a Carbohydrate isn't a Protein?
Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?
But, anyone with two bits of Common Sense should also know that a Complexed Carbohydrate as found in a Complete food has Carbohydrates interlaced with Proteins, fats, oils, Fibers etc!
Thus any Natural food shall have proteins bound with the Complexed Carbohydrates!
Just review any report of the string of Carbohydrate structures interwoven in the food and bound with the proteins, Fats, Oils, fibers etc.
Thus a Completely Complexed Carbohydrate contains not only Sugars, but Minerals, proteins, fats, oils, etc!
It is called Natural Fruits and Vegetables!
Simply put: Natural Foods!
Maybe the problem with some folks is their linear thinking, which prevents them from seeing these Simple Truths?
Cause and Effect!
