Time for a 1st grade lesson on carbohydrates for any interested:

Simple Carbohydrates contain just Carbon, Hydrogen and Oxygen!

We need to ask where do we get carbohydrates from?

The foods we eat of course!

Complex carbohydrates are found in grains, fruits, legumes (peas and beans), and other vegetables.

For anyone who is able to see the Simpleness of the above food composition, one may begin to understand that in any Fresh Fruit or Vegetable that the Carbohydrates and Proteins and Minerals are ALL Complexed together!

Broccoli or any other Fresh Fruit or Vegetable cannot exist as separate carbohydrates or proteins or Fibers etc!

Real Natural food contains a Complete Complex of Carbohydrates Complexed with Proteins and Fats and Minerals etc, which is what makes the Real live food to be what it is!

This means that a Complete Complexed Carbohydrate has become bound with Protein, Fats, Fiber, Minerals, Acids, etc.

Thus Complete Complexed CArbohydrates contain all of these other nutrients our body needs to stay Healthy!

This is Why learning to select foods with High Brix readings shall provide the Best foods to keep us Healthy!

High Brix foods are More Completely Complexed, thus better Quality foods!

After all where can anyone go out in a garden and find just a carbohydrate(CHO) by it's self?

Nature lives in Harmony with everything working together to bring mankind Healing and Health!

Only mankind makes Simple Carbs without Minerals and proteins, which will make us Sick and Diseased when we eat these Junk Empty so-called foods!
