I've read the book, Your Own Perfect Medicine (Martha Christy), which made a lot of sense to me at the time. I tried some of it.
More recently, about 2 years ago, I studied the clinical research of a few of the more famous "iodine doctors". Flechas, Brownstein, and Abraham. They were researching Iodine for the cure of fibrocycstic breast disease. I'm a guy; so I'm not worried about that; but I was interested in other beneficial attributes of iodine. In their study, they would measure the evacuation of other halogens by testing urine. Fluorine, bromine, chlorine.
Well, that did it for me. I realized that too much toxic stuff evacuates via the urine. I'm not putting that back into my body, if it is eliminating it. That would be ultimate betrayal.
