Re: i need to know all the symptoms of schizophrenia
Nobody can tell you all the symptoms of schizophrenia. It's a complex mental disorder, and there are lots of variations. Basically every person is different.
The main characteristic in a 'simple' schizophrenia is the intrusion of visual and auditory hallucinations into thinking. However, there is also extreme
Depression and anxiety associated with the thoughts and feelings and images that come up.
Besides medication, the most beneficial approach is to try to reduce your Anxiety in any way possible, by eliminating as many sources as you can identify. Try to distance yourself from people that bother you, and situations that make you nervous and apprehensive. Collect a group of well-intentioned, benevolent people around you to help you, those whom you like and trust the most. Try to make your mind relax and cool down. If you like, you can attempt to deal with the harsh and hurtful issues from the past that 'drove you crazy' in the first place, although it's best to do this with the help of a therapist.
