Anxiety, and a sink into a major depression, from being stuck in that fight vs. flight for so long (3-4 years). Something in me never regulated, and has gotten progressively worse after I crashed two years ago.

RECENTLY : I have these large, odd, rash-like blotches on my midsection, rib cages and back. I was completely nocturnal at one point, but have fixed that with melatonin. I have been an anxious, depressed mess since.

I was a reporter for the AP but had to quit two years ago because of the snowballing AF. Before that were many years of freelancing and hand-to-mouth living, in NYC.

I'm looking for something legitmate to get me over the hump so I can cleanse my body and get those adrenals regulated the right way. Vit C ain't gonna do it. The adaptogens are a little dicey. I think I'm past the point of them working.
