Re: Probotics with 2 billion CFU's have Been Working

I took the probotic blend of the the Acidolphilus made from GNC. I took the one with the 2 billion CFU's but they also have the one with 3 billion and 4 billion CFU's they are just more expensive. If you check on the back of the bottle you will see what strains that contain. You need to also keep them refrigerated while using them otherwise the live cultures in them will die.
